Where have I been?

I have been dealing with a reemergence of my Depression. It hit at the very end of December, rendering me bed-ridden for a couple days. Very slowly I’ve been improving, but it’s not completely gone yet. For the longest time I have wanted to come back to this blog, yet I found myself unable to do anything more than research the ingredients for new products I want to try. There was a huge block when it came to typing a new post, or even put pen to paper to write a blog post that way.

I managed to tackle a few projects around the house that I’ve been meaning to deal with for ages. Yes, I’m doing the KonMari Method. Clutter has always negatively impacted my mental health. Slowly seeing order and open space emerging around me has helped me feel more in control and settled emotionally. I’ll go into more detail about that in another post.

Going forward, I’m going to try to post here twice a week. I haven’t decided which days I’m going to post on yet.
